Cancellation Policy

TRAINING CLASSES: Please think seriously about your schedule and commitment to training and your dog’s suitability for group classes before enrolling. We appreciate your understanding and consideration of our policies. The following criteria must be met for us to consider a refund: ✢ You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the start of the first class meeting for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. ✢ Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds once class has commenced. ✢ If you or your dog fall ill, please do not attend class and please contact us immediately at info@dogclubsf.com.
